The business context

Conference assets must communicate quickly in a physical setting while supporting more detailed conversations. Booth displays, collateral and digital destinations also have different production requirements. The coordination challenge was to keep the proposition consistent across those formats and make the assets ready for event and vendor teams.

The decisions I made

Prioritize the visible message
I supported concept and creative direction around a clear central proposition. Large-format displays needed a message that visitors could understand without reading the detail intended for supporting materials.

Connect physical and digital touchpoints
QR destinations and collateral were considered alongside the booth experience. The intended next step needed to match the message that introduced it.

Coordinate approvals and handoff
I worked with event, sales and leadership stakeholders so messaging and assets could progress into production. Specialist artwork and vendor requirements needed to be aligned before final delivery.

How I led delivery

The work included booth and brand assets, collateral, QR-led touchpoints and coordinated communication. I supported marketing direction and stakeholder coordination while designers produced the artwork and event or vendor teams handled the relevant physical execution. The value of the contribution was making the message and delivery requirements work together across formats.

  2. Message and creative direction
  3. Asset production
  4. Stakeholder review

Stakeholders coordinated
Marketing work connected with sales, event and leadership requirements.

Consistent enablement

The leadership lesson

Field marketing is a coordination task as well as a creative one. The message, next step and production requirements should be considered together so sales and event teams receive usable assets.
